West End Farm is in Ruston Parva, East Yorkshire. A 15 minute drive to the nearby costal town of Bridlington. The perfect mix of Coast and Country.
Iron/ironing board, washing up liquid, cloths and scourer, kitchen cleaner, dishwasher and laundry tablets, kitchen towel and tea towels, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, liquid hand wash, cling film, foil, condiments, are all provided for your use.

What’s Nearby
Your local pub is less than a 5 minute drive away in a village called Kilham, serving meals using meats from local farmers and fish from the nearby costal town of Bridlington. Kilham also has a garage with a Co-Op shop for all of your essentials. Your closest supermarkets/ shops are located in the historic market town of Driffield, a 10 minute drive away.

The Living Room
Your luxury holiday will begin in style, with a fire ready laid for you to light and the smell of freshly baked bread as you open the door, together with a luxury hamper filled with local goodies. Fancy locking the doors and staying in? No problem, you have your very own bar with a Smart TV and sofa’s so you can enjoy a tipple and your favourite programme in the comfort of your own home. Equipped with an Honesty Bar, you can enjoy a drink from the get go!
The Kitchen
The kitchen area is perfectly formed and stocked with everything you need to cook that Sunday afternoon roast. The kitchen was designed and hand crafted with you in mind.
Granite work surfaces, sharp knives, the finest crockery and glassware, induction hob, double oven, large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, 2 dishwashers and a range of cookery books to inspire the foodie in you.
West End Farm has 2 dining areas, a dining table big enough to seat the full house just next door to the kitchen and also a round table with a spinning middle (perfect for tapas evenings!) in a separate room.
Bedrooms
Whichever of the 6 bedrooms you choose, your bed will be as comfortable as a cloud, with ultra-soft Egyptian cotton bed sheets layered with plump pillows and sumptuous mattress toppers. It is incredibly peaceful and the views are of the sheep-filled pastures and wooded moorland.
4 Bedrooms have Super King Beds and the other 2 are Twin rooms, which can be made into Super Kings if requested.
Bathing
All bathrooms are located upstairs. 3 of the Super King bedrooms have ensuites. The other 3 bedrooms share a family bathroom.
There is a downstairs WC.
Hairdryers are provided.

Fire up the Kamado BBQ and cook your steak or lobster to perfection on your own private patio. With multiple outdoor dining areas, there’s a guaranteed sunspot for your evening BBQs.
With an outdoor games and gym area equipped with a ping-pong table, rowing machine, bike and hot tub, there really is something for everyone.
4 Bedrooms with Super King beds and 2 Bedrooms with Twin beds, which can be turned into a Superking if requested. All with deep pocket sprung mattresses guaranteeing a dreamy nights sleep, with the help of the finest quality bedding.
3 of the Superking Bedrooms have their own en-suite, the other 3 share a bathroom with Elemis toiletries.
Dogs are very welcome at £50 per dog.
Travel Cot and high chair available upon request (bring your own bedding).

The house is fully WiFi connected so you can keep in touch with the outside world if you need to and make full use of the SMART TVs.
